Identifying the benefits of a plant based diet, whilst linking these benefits to overall health and wellbeing.
Self-Care & Gratitude
Highlighting the fast track to happiness. The sooner we are able to recognise things we are grateful for and how to take care of ourselves, the better we will be and feel. Self-care and gratitude provide a foundation for resilience which enables us to better manage what life throws at us.
Managing Stress & Frustration
Stress and frustration surfaces in all of our lives, in good ways and bad. This workshop helps us to identify ways in which we can incorporate healthy and effective coping skills. As well as identify the good and bad signs of stress.
Living Well with Chronic Pain
Chronic Pain is something that we have learnt to put up with. However, the better you are able to manage it the smaller the impact on your life. This workshop incorporates steps to maintain health and wellbeing whilst living with chronic pain because pain shouldn't always make decisions for us.
Managing Your Wellbeing During COVID-19
This course explores the different self-care and wellbeing techniques that can be used to manage your wellbeing when living in unprecedented times. We will use a variety of skills and set goals to ensure that our wellbeing is what supports us when everything else is uncertain.
