What I Do

I specialise in helping others to achieve overall wellbeing. Wellbeing is advocated as a way of health promotion. This encourages people to practice preventative measures to reach overall wellness.
This is done via social media influencing, workshops, one-to-one discussions and goal setting. The key feature is teaching people the importance of nurturing their wellbeing. This is done by supporting them to foster the techniques and strategies I teach.
